ZoNATION >>> False Concern: Missing the Racism Forest for the Trees

TOWN HALL MEDIA: Bill Whittle’s black friend is here to show you how totally non-racist conservatives are

ZO RANT: The Black community rushes to condemn anyone not in lockstep with them and they They think Zo should defend Trayvon Martin just because they share a pigment.

COUNTER POINT: : He’s literally defending a racist watermelon joke in this video – as though it were a legitimate position to take.

He had watermelon fruit juice cocktail and skittles. Neither are actually ingredients for purple drank. Nor is Robitussin – but if you’re going to insinuate he was on his way home to peacefully ingest drugs in his own house, you could at least insinuate he was doing drugs that are at least illegal.

So two legal items is why conservatives think we don’t even need a judge or jury (just an executioner) but the man standing over the dead body with a smoking gun has a story about how he afraid as he was was chasing a kid.

Some tend to associate the mentality that leads to black Republicanism with the same mentality that leads white suburban kids trying to take up Satanism and thinking that rebellion is a good way to deal with one’s unwarranted narcissism.

Ziggy Marley Promotes A Comic Book

Guess what Ziggy’s comic book is called called?

LOL… No, it not called Riding Coattails?

THE FACTS…. Ziggy Marley, son of the late Bob Marley, was at Golden Apple for an in-store to promote his new comic book, Marijuanaman, and he chose 4/20 for the release and says his graphic novel hero promotes Earth Day values.

OPINION: Some say weed sure makes you creative, but are Jamaican people ashamed of Ziggy Marley? Maybe they should be.

ENTERTAINMENT NEWS: Xuxa sings in honor of Native Americans and they do not look happy to be there

Nothing is more tragic than a conquered people on a stage with an oblivious pop culture icon trying to sing about them

SMH… This is worse than Wounded Knee and the Trail of Tears combined.

The good news is that the Indians are wearing their ceremonial shorts.

In retrospect that was relatively minor as far as Xuxa related disasters go.

POLITICAL AD: Yes On 8 – It’s Already Happened

“Mom, I Can Marry a princess!’

LOL… That little girl is so stoked about her princess bride she can’t wait

ROFLMAO…. California, must come together as one and crush this little girl’s dream!

The look on the mom’s face is priceless in this political ad.

Oh, no! My traditional family values are being attacked!

After this, they’re going to outlaw Christmas!

Why are schools teaching kids anything about marriage?

Well, if they don’t learn it from the schools, they’ll definitely learn it from anime.

“Mom, I can marry the Rose Bride!”

FACTS…. Gay people should have the right to be trapped in loveless marriages like the rest of society.

FLASHBACK: Y2K Survival Guide – Hosted By Leonard Nimoy

Do you remember the Y2K hysteria of the late 90’s? Leonard Nimoy does.

As government officials and computer programmers were thinking about what to do when the century changed and all digital dates would roll over to 00’s, the press made a big deal out of it.

Some people got worried, as middle Americans are want to do, and bought up lots of canned food, water, batteries, and other things you would need in the case of the apocalypse…. or if power was out for a few days.

Contributing to the hysteria, and possibly profiting off of it, were so-called experts in emergency preparedness. A group of them got together and made this video, and somehow convinced Leonard Nimoy to host and narrate it. Apparently, he was available.

Mr. Nimoy calmly explains that a disaster might be coming as cheap graphics tell you “people will die.”

With all the hindsight of knowing how uneventful January 1, 2000, was, you can have fun with this video.

A few various “experts” are brought on, from an obscure congressman and a British military man.

Satellite News Channel Final Broadcast Oct. 27, 1983 Part 1

The final broadcast of the Satellite News Channel, Oct. 27,1983. This is the final 70 minutes of the SNC before the plug was pulled for good by a takeover from Ted Turner’s CNN.

The anchors and staff try to finish the broadcast professionally but the tension/party atmosphere makes for some strange viewing.

Love the camera burn in mark to the left of the anchors head. I guess they figured since they were going off air that day why bother replacing the camera tubes.

From back in the day when meteorologists wore flowers the size of softballs on their jacket lapels.
